Reservations:
Advance deposit of 50% of rent to hold your reservation is required.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your reservation.
Cancellations:
All reservations are subject to a $35 per unit cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival date become 100% non-refundable.
Check-in & Check-out times:
Check-in after 4:00 pm. Check-out by 10:00 am.
Early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged a $50 fee.
No Pets or Smoking allowed. No exceptions.
To accommodate guests with pet allergies and to prevent guests from being disturbed by barking dogs,
this condo does not accept pets. If a guest brings a pet, they will be charged $100 plus cleaning fees
and will be asked to leave without a refund.
